Our role
We are an independent referral platform—not a bank, lender, broker, payment processor, or financial adviser. We do not make approval or eligibility decisions, set terms, hold funds, or open accounts. Providers decide whether to respond and what products, pricing, and terms to offer.
Your request is not an application
Information submitted through Canna.Loans is a request for follow-up by our referral platform. It is not a credit application, loan application, deposit-account application, merchant-services application, payment-service enrollment, approval, offer, or commitment.
Provider decisions
Any provider you choose to engage is an independent third party. The provider determines whether it can serve you and sets its own eligibility criteria, underwriting, products, rates, fees, pricing, terms, documentation, timing, and geographic coverage.
No guarantee of availability
We do not guarantee that a provider, product, approval, account, financing offer, payment method, or other service will be available for any request. Availability may change and can depend on state law, license type, business stage, transaction profile, provider policy, and other factors.
Sharing and consent
Your initial request is recorded for our review and follow-up. It is not automatically shared with a provider. If we identify a possible provider path, we intend to name the provider and obtain separate permission before sharing your information.
Referral compensation
We may receive a referral fee or other compensation from a provider if you choose to work with that provider. Compensation can create an incentive to make an introduction. You should evaluate any provider and its terms independently.
No professional advice
Content on this site is general information and is not legal, tax, accounting, investment, compliance, or financial advice. Consider consulting qualified advisers about your situation.
Cannabis law
Cannabis remains subject to differing federal, state, tribal, and local laws. The availability of financial services does not establish that a business, activity, or transaction is lawful or compliant.
